Step 1 — Choose one product

The biggest mistake is starting too broadly. Choose one product for which you see a proven demand. Validate this before you invest in production.

Step 2 — Validate before you produce

Pre-orders, crowdfunding, a test launch with a mock-up — ways to get market validation without immediately incurring production costs.

Step 3 — Make a sample

A physical prototype that lets you assess quality, fit and appearance before series production begins.

Step 4 — First production order

300–500 pieces of one product is a solid starting position: large enough for a sharp unit price, small enough to limit risk.

Step 5 — Logistics and fulfilment

BC Branding handles production and delivery to your door or warehouse.

Step 6 — Repeat orders based on data

After your first sales you know which variants sell well. Use that data for your second order — larger volumes, better price.
