Quality problems in China production can almost always be traced back to one of three causes: unclear specifications, no monitoring during production, or a too-late end inspection.
Level 1 — Pre-production inspection
Inspection of materials and raw materials before production begins. Is the fabric correct? Does the colour match the approved sample? Standard part of the process at BC Branding.
Level 2 — Inline quality control (during production)
Our QC teams walk through the production line daily and check random pieces. A defect found at piece 50 only needs to be corrected at 50 pieces, not 500. This saves both time and cost.
Level 3 — End inspection (pre-shipment inspection)
Just before shipping, a random sample is checked. Our QC team inspects according to AQL 2.5. AQL stands for Acceptable Quality Limit: an inspector checks a sample from the order and the AQL determines how many defects it may contain.
Why BC Branding works differently
Own teams in the factories means we spot and solve problems while the order is still in production. BC Branding builds on the network of our own factories and joint ventures — relationships that have developed over more than 40 years.
