The lead time for corporate gifts is the most underestimated part of the procurement process. Many companies get in touch with a deadline of 4–6 weeks, while quality production in China requires 10–18 weeks.

Phase 1 — Product advice and briefing

We discuss what you want to have made, for whom, in what volume and with what budget.

Phase 2 — Sample production

The factory makes a physical sample. You receive it in the Netherlands for assessment.

Phase 3 — Sample approval

After written approval, series production begins. If adjustments are needed, a revised sample is made first. Each revision round adds time.

Phase 4 — Series production

Depending on the product and volume, production takes 3–5 weeks. BC Branding's own QC teams monitor quality during production.

Phase 5 — Delivery

Sea freight from China takes 2–4 weeks. For Chinese New Year (February) and the summer period, book extra time: factories slow down and freight is busier and more expensive.
