Unit costs
The base price of the product. Doubling the volume typically reduces the unit price by 15–30%.
Set-up costs (one-off)
Embroidery: €50–125 for the embroidery programme (one-off per logo). Screen printing: €50–125 per colour per screen (one-off). Cast product (pens, power banks): €200–800 for the tooling, which becomes your property. These costs are spread over the volume.
Packaging
Standard packaging (polybag) is included. Gift boxes, tissue paper, custom stickers and branded packaging are available at an additional cost.
Shipping and import
Sea freight from China to the Netherlands takes 6–8 weeks. Air freight takes 7–10 days at roughly 4–6 times the cost per kilo. Import duty applies on arrival in the EU.
